Chef Brice is born and raised in Lubec, Maine. He left for college in Chicago and then lived in NYC; where his professional cooking journey began. After returning home to Maine he held high profile sous chef and catering manager positions while continuing to explore a wide variety of food & cooking styles. He loves creating new menu items and flavors.

Amanda is born and raised in Portland, Maine; and has had a long history working in hospitality and event management, with some of Portland's most established businesses. She can help you create your perfect menu and event from any idea.

Together they saw an opportunity to step into this market and create a unique option for customers with their backgrounds and love of tasty food leading the way. On their days off you can find them at a ballgame, on the water, camping, or exploring one of the islands of Casco Bay.
